#1 Meals on Wheels

Is a hot nutritious  homemade three course meal delivered during the noon hour to your table. Meals include a choice of soup or salad, the main course includes meat, potato and vegetable, plus dessert. Specialty meals are available. 

 

* All courses of the meal are homemade and made fresh daily.

* Generous meal portions, many clients are able to have 2 meals from the one meal.

* A varied menu is offered throughout the month.

* Each meal is customized to meet the likes and dislikes of each individual.

* Meals can be customized to meet special needs such as diabetic, low salt, and religious  needs.

* Meals are available daily Monday through Friday except Holidays. 

* Weekend and Holiday meals can be arranged upon request.

#10 In-Home Hairdressing 

Licensed hairdressers with many years of experience who can cut, style, colour, or perm your  hair in the comfort of your home. Beard and moustache trims are available too, as well as, special arrangements can be made to accommodate people confined to bed, needing special consideration or a Hospital visit.  All tools, towels and supplies are brought by the hairdresser and the cutting area is cleaned up too.

#2 Meals Made Easy - A Freshly Prepared Home Made -  FROZEN MEAL SERVICE

* Meals are provided by Ina Grafton Village

* Prepared from fresh foods and frozen the week prior to delivery

* Meals are delivered to your door or can be picked up at our office

* 35 different Entrées & Desserts over a 5 week rotation plus 7 different soups are offered each week

* Large & flavourful meal portions, low in salt and includes real meat

* Wide variety of desserts including Sugar Free Desserts

* Meals are labelled on the end of the container with the meal type ie. Roast Beef

* Meals can be kept frozen up to 6 months

* Meal  preparation date is listed on bottom of each meal

* Cooking times and instructions are provided on the cellophane  cover of every entrée

* Meals come in containers that can be heated in the microwave or oven, from frozen or defrosted

* Meal containers are recyclable

1. ORDER  by calling our office by Thursday, noon to order weekly or monthly.

2. DELIVERY  of orders arrive the following week and are delivered to your door or can be picked up at our office.

3. COOK.  Each meal comes with heating instructions and is ready to heat in the oven, microwave, toaster oven, or regular oven. ENJOY!

#4 Housecleaning & Laundry

Experienced house cleaners will clean your home to your specifications and

needs.  Appliance cleaning and laundry services can be arranged too.

 

* Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, One-time and seasonal cleaning can be arranged

* Same consistent housecleaner for each cleaning day and scheduled to meet your needs

#6 Gentle Fit Fun and Brunch -  Note: Nov. 1, 2011 the cost will be $5 per week.

 

This is a gentle adapted yoga exercise program  for seniors or adults with disabilities who want or need a slower paced program.

#7 Foot Care Services

Foot Care Clinic: Clinics are held monthly in Binbrook.   Qualified nurses assess foot health, provide foot services, cut and file nails, etc.

 

# 8 In-Home Foot Care: A qualified nurse provides foot care services in the comfort of your own home.  Appointments are arranged to meet the client’s schedule.  Nurses bring all towels, tools and supplies.
